FAQ on Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. What is the cancellation period for the membership?
Members can opt for cancellation from the date of enrollment until September 2025. After this date, cancellations are not possible.

2. What are the cancellation charges?
A cancellation charge of ₹400/- per membership will apply. ₹2100/- will be refunded to the registered account or linked mobile account.

3. What happens after I cancel my membership?
After cancellation, the membership is terminated, and the member is no longer eligible for any benefits.

4. Can I partially cancel my membership?
No, membership cannot be canceled once used, even before the specified date.

5. How do I cancel my membership?
Send a cancellation request via message; no questions will be asked before processing the refund.

6. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed within one week after acknowledgment.

7. Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?
Refunds may not be applicable if the membership benefits have been substantially utilized or if the cancellation request is made after the specified deadline.

8. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer to the registered account.

9. Is the organization responsible for refund delays?
The organization is not liable for any delays in refund processing due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond its control.

10. Do I need to accept the cancellation and refund policy?
By enrolling in the membership, members acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation and refund policy.

11. How do I update my contact information?
Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate smooth communication regarding cancellations.

FAQ on Terms and Conditions

1. How long is the membership valid?
Membership is valid from March 2025 to September 2027.

2. Who is eligible for membership?
Membership is exclusive to registered members. Others will be considered as member guests.

3. What is the membership value?
The membership value is ₹5000/-, which includes a credit of ₹2500/- for room bookings only.

4. Is GST applicable?
Yes, GST is applicable on the base tariff of booked rooms and is payable at the time of booking.

5. How do I book rooms?
Room bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation charges apply after booking, equivalent to the booked room rate.

6. Are there any discounts on food?
Members receive a 15% discount on food (excluding beverages). Discounts are applicable without room bookings.

7. Can I book rooms for my guests?
Yes, rooms for member guests can be booked at a 15% discount.

8. What happens when the membership amount is completely utilized?
Members can book rooms at a 20% discount even after the membership amount is completely utilized.

9. What facilities can I use with my membership?
Members are entitled to use the facilities provided by the membership dashboard in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the management.

10. Is the membership liable for any damages or injuries?
The membership shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by members or their guests while using the facilities or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. How is my personal information handled?
The membership will collect and process personal information of members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the dashboard's website or upon request.

12. Can the terms and conditions change?
The management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the dashboard's services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. How will I receive official communications?
All official communications to members will be sent via email/WhatsApp or posted on the dashboard's website.

14. What happens in case of force majeure?
The company/resort management shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.

15. What constitutes the entire agreement?
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and the membership regarding their membership and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. What if a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable?
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
